Cancellation Policy
To recieve a full refund of monies paid 48 hours notice is required for cancellation of bookings outside school holidays or 30 days notice for bookings during school holidays. All cancellations attract a $20 cancellation fee. Guests are responsible for the property its contents and themselves during occupancy. Guests will be charged for any excessive cleaning missing items or unreasonable/wilful damage to the property.
